Avoiding food is a good way to lose weight
This myth is common. Skipping meals cannot make someone lose weight. People who eat a few times a day are likely to become overweight because they tend to binge eat later. To avoid eating too much during lunch or supper it’s advisable to eat four to six small meals per day and drink water.

Eggs are not good for your heart
Many people believe that the cholesterol found in egg causes heart disease. Eggs can be part of a healthy diet as they contain important elements like protein, omega-3, vitamins, and, minerals. Eating six eggs each week is healthy.

Sugar causes diabetes
Sugar doesn’t cause diabetes, however, it’s good to avoid eating too much sugar that harms your health. Taking too much sugar also may influence the chances of getting type 2 diabetes, on top of that, sugar makes you put on weight and adding weight makes the chances of getting diabetes even higher. Being overweight and inactive also contributes to diabetes, stay mobile.

Fat will make you fat
I know this is crazy, Fat has more calories than protein. Fat gives you a feeling of fullness this helps nutrients like vitamins to be absorbed into your body. However, plant fats are more healthy.

Raw carrots are good for eyesight
The tough cellular walls that enclose the beta-carotene is broken when cooking carrots. Cooking carrots increase nutritional value.

Drinking water helps cut weight
Drinking water is very healthy. If you want to lose a significant amount of weight you have to do a lot more than just drinking water. Doing exercise alongside drinking water can help you lose weight but, drinking water alone can’t help lose weight.
